Q - Am I buying my jewelry direct from the manufacturer?
A - Yes, we are a manufacturer of fine jewelry with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Everything you see on our website is manufacturer direct. There are no middle man mark-ups which is why our prices are very competitive.

Q - Where is the jewelry made?
A - Our factory is located in Turkey where highly skilled jewelers work on designing and producing our jewelry. Our corporate office is located in New York.

Q - Can I place an order over the phone?  
A - While we recommend you placing your order on the website, if you need to speak to a sales representative to assist you in placing an order, please call us at (516) 279-3530 or chat with us.

Q - Do you offer any wrapping or gift receipts?
A - This service is not available at the moment through our website. Please keep checking back as we are often adding new products and services on a regular basis.

Q - Do you have any physical stores that I can visit?
A - We are an e-commerce retailer and do not have any physical stores.

Q - How can I request more information regarding an item?
A - If the information that you are looking for about a specific item on our website is not provided in its description, then please feel free to contact us directly. Most inquiries will be handled within 1 business day.  

Q - Do you offer ring sizing?
A - Our standard ring size is 7 but there might be styles with other sizes currently available on our website. In most cases, we can size a ring for your specific needs for an additional fee, but this will void the return policy. If you are interested in a ring to be sized specifically for you, please call us at (516) 279-3530, e-mail us at info@jewelerize.com, chat with us, or visit our Contact Us page. Our representatives will do their best to respond to your needs within 1 business day.

Q - Do you offer custom engraving?
A - We do not offer engraving at the moment. Please keep checking back as we are often adding new services on a regular basis.


SHIPPING

Q - When will my order ship and when will I receive my order?
A - All in stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. Date of delivery by UPS depends on your shipping speed selected at checkout.

Q - Will I be able to track my order?
A - Yes, when we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address provided with tracking information.

Q - Do you ship internationally?
A - We only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at the moment. Please keep checking as we continue to work towards expanding our reach.

 
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Q - Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
A - Once you have placed your order, it goes through a specific process prior to shipping. After it has been received, it goes to processing and fulfillment at which point cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel, please call us at (516) 279-3530, e-mail us at info@jewelerize.com, chat with us, or visit our Contact Us page to speak to one of our customer service representatives. They will do their best to accommodate your request.

Q - What is your return policy?
A - We offer 30 day returns on all standard orders. If you are a JEWEL+ member, you have 45 days from date of purchase to make your return. All items must be shipped back unused, undamaged and in the condition in which it was received. Please check our Return Policy page for more information.

Q - How do I initiate a return? 
A - You can initiate a return by contacting us via phone or e-mail at returns@jewelerize.com to request a Return Authorization number. Once your case has been reviewed, it will be approved or denied. If approved, one of our representatives will provide you with a Return Authorization number as well as a return label.

Q - How long will it take to receive my credit? 
A - Once we receive your return and determine that it is in the original condition, we will process a refund to your credit card. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. You can expect to see the refund on your credit card in 10-12 business days.

Q - Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
A - Jewelry on our site come with a one year warranty for any manufacturer defects. Please contact us at (516) 279-3530 or warranty@jewelerize.com and one of our representatives will assist you. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will repair or replace any item that qualifies under our warranty policy. Please note that any items that are missing stones, have normal wear & tear, or have been altered by any third party jeweler will not be covered under any warranty.
